With reference to the share buyback programme announced 30 November 2022, Omda AS (”Omda” or the ”Company”) (Ticker: Omda NO) has reached the buyback programme’s maximum consideration of NOK 20 million as of 27 November 2023. Under the share buyback programme the Company purchased 543,994 of its own shares in the period 20 January 2023 to 27 November 2023 at an average price of NOK 36.7651 per share for a total consideration of NOK 19,999,989.67.
From 21 November 2023 until 27 November 2023, Omda has purchased a total of 61,467 own shares at an average price of 40.9259 per share.
