CSAM Health Group AS divests of its OnBase and document scanner business by selling CSAM KIBI Finland Oy to Nobly A/S to increase its focus on its core business of providing software solutions to healthcare providers and emergency services.
The transaction fits the strategies of both Nobly and CSAM: Nobly has been actively seeking to expand its presence into Finland, preferably through the acquisition of an established company with a robust customer base, whereas the CSAM Health Group aims to focus all its activities on software solutions to health care providers and emergency services. Hence, transferring the OnBase and hardware part of the Finnish business from CSAM to Nobly makes this a mutually beneficial deal.
