Nordic Trustee has today issued a notice of written resolution to the holders of bonds in the above-mentioned bond issue for the purpose of seeking an amendment to the bond terms dated 24 September 2020, to allow for a limited buyback of own shares which subsequently shall be held in treasury and only be used as consideration in future acquisitions.
