The Board of Directors of CSAM Health Group AS hereby convenes an Extraordinary General Meeting at the Company’s offices in Drammensveien 288, 0283 Oslo, on 26 September 2023 at 10 CEST (UTC +2).
The purpose of the meeting is to decide on the proposed change of name of CSAM Health Group AS and to elect a new board member.
The Board encourages all shareholders to use the opportunity to submit a power of attorney before the meeting, as described in the Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting.
