Omda is pleased to announce the release of a new product based on the industry-leading emergency modelling solution, Omda Readiness.
Omda Readiness-Playback will enable EMS organisations and Fire Departments to replay past incident responses, leveraging the solution’s advanced visualisation tools to analyse performance, assess compliance with best practice standards and extract valuable learnings that will inform future responses.
The solution facilitates a holistic assessment of any emergency response, covering everything from the initial call receipt to patient handover and encompassing all vehicles and assets active at the time, not just those attending the incident. This results in a comprehensive, robust and evidence-based audit trail.
A standalone solution or integrated module
While Playback will be made available to existing Omda Readiness-Live customers as an updated module, it will also operate as a standalone product that works independently of dispatch systems. Playback enables new customers to experience the benefits of Omda Readiness analytics without committing to the full modelling solution.

The new Playback solution empowers decision-makers, enabling them to learn from complex historical cases. The solution’s visualisation capabilities ensure incidents that would otherwise be complex to unravel can be analysed in considerable detail, through a system-wide perspective that encompasses all emergency assets.
By providing the data and analysis required to enhance future dispatch and deployment decisions, Playback also improves patient safety. It helps to identify best practices in incident response, minimises the likelihood of incident mismanagement and fosters a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery.
