Oslo, Norway, 21 May 2026 – Omda AS (Euronext Growth Oslo: OMDA) today
announced its financial results for the first quarter of 2026.
Omda delivered revenues of NOK 119 million in Q1 2026, with EBITDA
reaching NOK 24 million, reflecting continued profitability.
“This was an uneventful but profitable quarter, reinforcing our confidence in the 2026
guidance,” says CEO Sverre Flatby.
For 2026, Omda reiterates its guidance of NOK 500–525 million in
revenues, in addition to 10–20% inorganic growth from acquisitions.
The company continues to expect an EBITDA margin of 28–32% for the
year, with further margin expansion supported by increased use of
AI agents across software development, testing, and documentation
processes.
“The most important value creation during the quarter relates to
the implementation of AI governance and operational AI tools across
the organisation,” Flatby says.
“In addition, the progress and maturity of our M&A projects make us
increasingly confident that our guided inorganic growth will
be achieved,” he adds.
Omda’s revenues are primarily generated from public specialised
healthcare and emergency services, providing the company with
long-term contractual visibility and limited exposure to
short-term macroeconomic volatility.
