Reference is made to the announcement from CSAM Health Group AS (“CSAM”) on 18 December 2020 regarding the agreed acquisition of all shares in Fertsoft AB (“Fertsoft”). Today, CSAM successfully completed the acquisition of all shares in Fertsoft.
The purchase price for the shares will be settled through an issue of 62,247 new CSAM shares to the shareholders of Fertsoft, in accordance with the Fertsoft Share Purchase Agreement.
