Oslo, Norway, January 12th, 2022: CSAM Health Group AS (“CSAM”), a leading provider of niche eHealth solutions in the Nordics, pan-Europe and beyond, today announced the divestment of its scanner business in Sweden. Spigraph Sweden AB, a company owned by Dyanix B.V., acquired the business. Dyanix Is a solutions provider with over 20 years of experience in the scanning and capture market.
CSAM’s core market strategy is based on eHealth software, placing delivery of scanners outside of CSAM’s core business.
– “We are confident that Dyanix/Spigraph is the right home for our scanner business, and they will support our customers in Sweden with high quality services going forward,“ says Sverre Flatby, CSAM’s CEO.
The divested scanner business has annual sales of approximately 1.9 MNOK primarily related to delivery of third-party hardware/software and related services.
