The Board of Directors of CSAM Health Group AS will hold an Extraordinary General Meeting on 26 September 2023.
Following that, on 27 September 2023, CEO Sverre Flatby and CFO Einar Bonnevie will host a webcast to inform investors and analysts about the outcome of the meeting. The topic of this webcast is the proposed change of name of CSAM Health Group AS.
