Oslo, 1 September 2021 – Qevirp 47 Limited, a company controlled by Priveq Investment (“Priveq”), has today sold 1,223,314 shares in CSAM Health Group AS (“CSAM” or the “Company”), representing 5.85 per cent of the share capital in the Company, at a price per share of NOK 85 for total gross proceeds of approximately NOK 104 million. The shares were sold to a group of institutional investors in a process managed by Carnegie AS.
Following the share sale, Priveq holds no shares in CSAM. Priveq is represented on the Company’s Board of Directors by Louise Nilsson.
