Sverre Flatby is the Chief Executive Officer of Omda.  With his extensive experience in the digital healthcare sector spanning over 30 years, Sverre has primary responsibility for setting Omda’s strategic priorities and managing the company’s growth. Sverre served as chair of the board at Omda from 2006 to 2007 before assuming the role of CEO in 2008.

Sverre is a seasoned executive and entrepreneur with broad expertise in business development, innovation, mergers and acquisitions, and large-scale project management. Throughout his career, Sverre has worked with companies and clients across the entire digital healthcare landscape, encompassing hospitals, community healthcare, and primary care sectors.

Sverre’s professional journey includes serving as a Senior eHealth Business Development Advisor for 12 years, where he led hospital ICT project management and drove innovation initiatives and business development within digital healthcare for prominent hospitals and hospital groups.

Between 1989 and 1992, Sverre held the position of CEO at Profdoc, an international eHealth company. Under his leadership, Profdoc experienced significant growth, transforming from a small Norwegian software vendor into a comprehensive Nordic eHealth solutions company. Additionally, he successfully restructured the company’s operations, transitioning from a small, unstructured team to a streamlined and industrialised development organization. Eventually, Profdoc was acquired by CompuGroup Medical (CGM).

Sverre holds a computer engineering degree from Oslo and Akershus University College in Norway.

Einar Bonnevie

Einar Bonnevie is Omda’s Chief Financial Officer, overseeing the company’s financial management, reporting, funding, financing, investor relations, and corporate governance. He plays a pivotal role in Omda’s M&A processes, analysing the financial implications of potential acquisitions. As part of the Omda Management Team, Einar is jointly responsible for setting and executing the company’s strategic priorities. Additionally, he holds positions as a chair of all subsidiaries.

Prior to joining Omda in 2008, Einar worked at Sundal Collier Asset Management, where he was responsible for setting up the first Norwegian hedge fund. The company later merged with WarrenWicklund in 2005, where Einar continued on as a successful hedge fund manager.

From 1989 to 2002, Einar held various roles of increasing responsibility at Norske Shell, including serving as the portfolio and general manager of the company’s pension fund, where he managed assets in excess of NOK 1.5 billion.

Einar holds a Master of Business Administration (“Siviløkonom”) degree from BI Norwegian Business School.

Glenn Kenneth Bruun is the Chief Strategy Officer at Omda. He is responsible for the development and implementation of the company’s corporate strategy, including business development, corporate partnerships, strategic initiatives and acquisitions, strategic sales and product development.

Prior to joining Omda, Glenn Kenneth held the position of Chief Information Officer at the Norwegian National University Hospital – Rikshospitalet-Radiumhospitalet (now part of Oslo University Hospital) for 10 years. During his tenure, he was responsible for all IT operations and initiatives. These included the introduction of IT services in specialised hospitals, the development and implementation of IT services for a hospital relocation (Gaustad) and leading the merger of multiple hospitals. He established an IT organization with a diverse range of competencies, encompassing both IT and clinical expertise. He also led the development and implementation of clinical and administrative systems across the entire Norwegian National University Hospital group.

Additionally, during his time at the University Hospital, Glenn Kenneth initiated the commercialisation of IT innovations that were developed within the hospital. This ground-breaking initiative marked the inception of Omda, making these innovations available for sale on the open market.

Glenn Kenneth has contributed as an advisor and resource in several areas within the eHealth community. This includes serving as a customer advisor at Novell Co, an advisor for HIMSS/WOHIT Europe, contributing to the development of the Norwegian Health and IT innovation network (now part of Norwegian Medtech), advising several eHealth conferences, and participating in the government-led “Hagen utvalget, NOU 2011:11, and Innovasjon i omsorg” initiative, which examined the impact of IT and business opportunities in the welfare and social care sectors.

Glenn Kenneth holds a candidate’s degree (høyskolekandidat) from Østfold University College, a candidata magisterii (can. mag.) degree from Tromø University and a Master of Management degree from BI Norwegian Business School.

Helen Døcker

Helen Døcker is responsible for marketing, brand and communication across CSAM Group’s varied business units.

Helen brings extensive experience from communication and branding, and she has a proven track record including both large multinationals and start-ups, having worked in diverse markets across Europe and Asia. She contributed to the international growth of the Telenor Group, a multinational telco operator, holding senior leadership positions in brand and marketing. Helen also participated in the planning and execution of several M&As and new market entries. She was part of the greenfield team establishing a new mobile operator in the Indian market which grew to 46 million customers in 2.5 years. In her most recent role in the Telenor Group she was Vice President for Brands and Marketing Efficiency.  Helen also served as a member of the Board of Directors for Telenor Norway, Telenor Group’s largest business unit with revenues of 2.8 billion USD at the time. Helen’s other experience includes leading the marketing domain for companies in the international software and biotech domains.

Helen holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Imperial College of Science, Technology and Medicine in London and has undergone executive education programmes in business and leadership at Harvard Business School and London Business School.

Leif Egil Buen

Leif Egil Buen is Chief Operations Officer at Omda. He has responsibility for all internal business operations, including product management, product development, customer deliveries and services.

Leif Egil has extensive experience in consulting and IT leadership. His expertise spans multiple domains, including engineering, public health services, IT operations and enterprise architecture. He possesses deep knowledge and expertise across the eHealth, technology, software, architecture, quality, and methodology domains.

Prior to joining Omda in 2012, Leif Egil worked for 12 years in IT operations management within hospital organisations. Notably, he served as the IT Operations Manager at the Norwegian National University Hospital Rikshospitalet-Radiumhospitalet (now part of Oslo University Hospital) for six years. In this position, he managed the day-to-day activities of the IT operations department, overseeing systems, services, infrastructure, and employees.

Marius Johansen

Marius Johansen is the Legal Director at Omda, where he holds the position of Global Counsel. He plays a crucial role in Omda’s mergers and acquisitions team, contributing to the company’s strategic growth initiatives, and supports contract management across the group.

Marius has served in several positions at Omda including being Corporate Controller, where he was responsible for managing the corporate budget, global financial monitoring and reporting and contract management. In addition, he has held various legal and finance positions in both private and public companies, both in Norway and internationally. As Global Contracts Manager for EMGS Americas Inc. he developed and implemented robust procedures for contract management and provided legal support to all of EMGS’s subsidiaries in the United States, Mexico, Brazil, and Canada.

Marius holds a Master of Laws degree from Oslo University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Edinburgh Business School.

Johan Hedensiö is Executive Vice President at Omda with responsibility for the Emergency Business Area. He joined Omda in 2021.

Johan is a seasoned market-focused executive and board director with over 30 years of experience in senior management positions within Swedish, Nordic, and international companies. He has extensive experience from various business transformations and restructuring initiatives in the service and technology industries across the Nordic countries.

Johan served as the CEO of SOS Alarm Sverige for six years. SOS Alarm is responsible for 112 emergency services in Sweden and provides alarm centre services and on-call services to private enterprises, public organisations, and authorities. Johan’s career includes executive roles such as CEO Nordics and CEO Sweden for Mediaedge:cia Nordic, the largest media agency in the Nordics owned by WPP (now rebranded as Wavemaker) and Director for Nordics at Codan/Trygg Hansa, a Scandinavian insurance group wholly owned by RSA, UK.

Johan brings extensive experience as a chair and member of the board for companies operating across the technology, finance, and media domains, with more than 20 years of boardroom expertise.

With a track record of generating growth and enhancing profitability, Johan has been instrumental in developing innovative business models and improving organisational effectiveness throughout his career.

Johan has a Bachelor of Science degree in finance and accounting from Stockholm School of Economics.

Emelie Ahlberg is Business Area Manager at Omda with responsibility for the Medication Management Business Area. She joined Omda in 2014.

Emelie brings a wealth of interdisciplinary skills to her role, with broad experience in customer relations, interaction design and product leadership. Initially joining the company as an application specialist and business analyst, Emelie transitioned to the position of product manager for Omda’s oncology medication management solution. Her contributions within the specification team have been instrumental in implementing ongoing updates to cater to the evolving requirements of the medication management domain. Emelie is dedicated to utilising technology to enhance patient well-being and optimise healthcare practices.

Prior to joining Omda, Emelie worked in the pharmacy field, including roles as an over-the-counter pharmacist and hospital pharmacist. This included four years at the Akershus University Hospital pharmacy where she took part in the establishment of electronic drug supply chains and worked closely with researchers, clinical teams, and fellow pharmacists to coordinate clinical trials.

Emelie holds a Master of Science degree in pharmacology from Gothenburg University.

Lilly Marit Angermo is Business Area Manager at Omda with responsibility for the Woman and Child Business Area. With extensive experience in the field, Lilly brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in developing and integrating technology solutions within clinical settings. She has worked at Omda since 2011.

Lilly is a Registered Nurse (RN) and holds a Master’s degree in nursing science and a degree in organisations and leadership. Throughout her career, Lilly has demonstrated her dedication to advancing healthcare practices through technology. She initially worked as a nurse in the Children’s Department at Rikshospitalet in Oslo, Norway, where she gained valuable clinical experience. In 1999, she was involved in the implementation of Electronic Patient Records (EPR) at the hospital, marking the beginning of her journey in digital healthcare. Lilly is passionate about leveraging technology and innovation to enhance healthcare delivery and patient outcomes.

Daniel Wiman

Daniel Wiman is Business Area Manager at Omda with responsibility for the Laboratory Information Management Systems Business Area.

With over 25 years of experience in the field, Daniel has established himself as a highly skilled developer and accomplished product lead specialising in LIMS solutions. His expertise led him to hold the position of Product Owner for Omda’s leading blood management solution, ProSang. Additionally, Daniel served as the chair of Databyrån AB, the Swedish company responsible for establishing ProSang as the leading blood management solution in the Nordics, before its acquisition by Omda (then CSAM Health Group) in 2017. Leveraging his understanding of the critical processes in the LIMS sector and his adept leadership in product development and customer relations, Daniel continues to drive innovation and excellence together with the rest of the LIMS team.

Roger Weman is Business Area Manager at Omda with responsibility for the Health Analytics Business Area.

With a diverse background spanning various industries and leadership roles, Roger has cultivated a wealth of experience and expertise. His professional journey started with a14-year tenure in the Swedish Airforce. Transitioning into the private and public sectors, Roger served as an HR consultant for IKEA for six years before taking on the role of Head of Halmstad municipality in Sweden. In this capacity, he successfully managed environmental and healthcare initiatives, playing a vital role in enhancing the well-being of the community and ensuring the effective delivery of essential services.

Roger’s leadership experience also includes serving as the Head of Service Management at the City of Halmstad, where he led a large service group consisting of more than 550 individuals. Additionally, he held the position of CEO at Motor Halland, which is part of the Volkswagen dealer group. Throughout his career, Roger has consistently focused on fostering high-performing teams, driving value creation, and achieving profitability.

In 2021, Roger assumed the role of CEO at Carmona and subsequently became a part of Omda through an acquisition in 2022.
